Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, chosen contact method, contact details and request details that you submit. We also record the page and first landing URL, referrer, site and browser language, time zone and UTM campaign parameters when they are available, so we can understand the source of the inquiry. Please do not include passport, payment-card, health or other sensitive information in the inquiry form.
Technical information and cookies
The site uses the essential bw_locale cookie to remember your language choice for one year. With your optional consent, we use Yandex Metrica to measure visits and interactions with the site. Its enabled features include Webvisor, click maps and link tracking; it may process cookies, IP address, browser and device information, visited pages, referrer and interaction data. We do not use the service for targeted advertising. A hosting provider may also process standard technical logs, such as request time and error logs.
Why we use information
We use inquiry details to respond, qualify a request, prepare and coordinate services, communicate with travel advisors and meet applicable legal obligations. Where consent is required, we ask for it through the required checkbox next to the inquiry form. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers
Inquiry details and the source metadata described above are recorded in Kommo CRM. Email correspondence is handled through Google Workspace. Yandex Metrica provides site analytics. We may also use a hosting provider and other necessary technical service providers to operate the site and deliver requested services.
International processing
Business Way DMC operates from the United States and service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Retention
Business Way DMC does not set routine deletion periods for inquiry records in Kommo CRM or business correspondence in Google Workspace. We retain this information for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards unless deletion is required by applicable law, a verified data-rights request, or a provider’s technical policy. Google’s standard deletion from Trash is 30 days unless a retention rule or hold applies.
Your rights and requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. Email welcome@business-way-dmc.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
Children
This site and its services are intended for travel-industry professionals and are not directed to children. Do not submit personal information about a child through the inquiry form.
Updates
We may update this policy when our practices, services or legal obligations change. This notice was last updated on 14 September 2026.
